A referral bonus will be awarded to any ITP employee who recommends a candidate successfully recruited by ITP for its clients. The bonus is subject to the following conditions :

• The referrer must be currently employed by ITP
• The referred candidate must state the name of the referee on his or her resume
• The referrer must inform ITP of the reference by phone, email or fax

A referral bonus will normally be disbursed two months after the start date of the successful candidate when the client settles the full payment of the first invoice. For more information about the referral bonus, please contact ITP management.
